Indiana Bond Bank helps Noblesville purchase $2.4M of city vehicles & equipment

On February 2nd, 2024, The Hamilton County Reporter detailed that the Indiana Bond Bank helped the City of Noblesville purchase $2.4M of city vehicles & equipment. Caitlin Moss is the Deputy Controller for Noblesville and she commented that "The HELP Program will save the City of Noblesville’s taxpayers money by assisting Noblesville in financing necessary purchases at favorable interest rates. The 2024 program is boosting Noblesville’s public safety efforts by financing the purchase of a new ambulance, 21 police cars, and 4 alternative police vehicles. Additionally, the program is furthering other necessary public purposes of Noblesville by financing 6 new Street Department vehicles, as well as equipment necessary for maintaining Noblesville’s numerous parks.
