Hoosier Equipment Lease Purchase Program Request for Participation – Financial Institutions

20 Jul Hoosier Equipment Lease Purchase Program Request for Participation – Financial Institutions

The Indiana Bond Bank (IBB) is requesting participation from additional financial institutions to serve as equipment lease providers for local units of government through the Indiana Bond Bank’s Hoosier Equipment Lease Purchase Program (HELP).

This Request is authorized by action taken by the IBB Board of Directors, which adopted a resolution at its February 9, 2016 meeting stating, in part, “The Executive Director, with the consent of the Chair, may, from time to time, include additional financial institutions as a possible Financing Provider for the HELP Program.”

This is a non-competitive Request.  IBB anticipates that all respondents submitting a complete, timely and criteria-meeting response to this Request will be selected as new HELP participating lenders.

Financial institutions of any size or geographic footprint are welcome in HELP.  Being a participating lender does not obligate you to bid on municipal leases outside your financing and geographic considerations.  In your response, you will have an opportunity to share with us any geographic limitations we should be aware of.
