20 Nov Closed-Request for Proposal For Trustee Services for the Advance Funding/Note Programs
The Indiana Bond Bank (the “Bond Bank”) is requesting proposals for services to be rendered as Trustee, Registrar and Paying Agent in connection with the Indiana Bond Bank’s 2019 Advance Funding Program (the “2019 Program”). The responses are due by email to email@example.com on or before 4:30 P.M., noon (Eastern Standard Time) by November 21, 2018.
This is not an Invitation to Bid or a Request for Proposal under the Indiana Procurement Code, I.C. 4-13.4-5. The Bond Bank creates no obligation, expressed or implied, by issuing this Request for Proposal (RFP) or by receipt of any proposals submitted pursuant hereto. The award of any contract as a result of this RFP shall be at the sole discretion of the Bond Bank. Neither this RFP nor any proposal submitted in response hereto is to be construed as a legal offer.
